The Catalyst Filter
The catalyst filter is designed for preliminary chemical and molecular preparing of the fuel, before it get into the combustion chamber. It is a filter, which consists of three sections.
The first section consists of titanium activator filter, where the fine purification of the fuel takes place. The second is a chemical catalyst with the active elements. The third section is a granular catalyst.
The main task of the catalyst filter is removing impurities from the fuel, and the reduction of the exhaust fumes in the atmosphere while working the engine will be also saving of the fuel. The catalyst filter does not introduce additives in the fuel and changes in its structure on the molecular level, which changes the quality of the fuel, changes octane or cetane number, which leads into the fuel consumption.
In order to achieve the effect in the cladding cylinder and piston of the engine, at the catalyst flow of the path trough the fuel cladding metal salts are added, and as a result, the organometallic compounds are occurred. When an air-fuel mixture combustion these compounds are modified and secreted the molecules of Me+, which are deposited on the surface of the cylinder`s parts. It helps to ensure that the compression in the engine is increased and leveled.

TCF-6B (for petrol, the resource in 30 000 l.)
TCF-4D (for diesel, the resource in 20 000 l.)
